    Was that supposed to be inspiring ? That’s a weird talk were I didn’t learnt much – felt more like a geek defending himself against troll… (I still love python and watch the whole presentation :S )

      I see your point Damaru. And I’d have to say that I think it’s kinda cool that Guido seems to go into this with low shoulders, he could’ve made the talk all about ‘new hot features’ making their way into Python3, but instead he went straight into some tougher political  aspects: Questions that keep cropping up. I think it was an important talk because it kinda ‘sets the tone’ for other python devs on how to best view the python language, in the world of other programming languages. :)
